When it came time to modernize the legacy processes that keep this city leading, there was only one name that made sense.

Roxie.

In honor of the intern who made us all better —

who never lost her patience, her people skills, 

or her belief in the power of place.

Although this story is fictional, the spirit of Miss Roxanne can be found in the faces and places of Little Rock; 

where legendary people really do exist!
